In April, we celebrated the wonderful Jolene's 20-year service award for Brend Collection. Jolene started her journey two decades ago joining our reception team, where she excelled.
In 2010 Jolene progressed on to become Deputy Hotel Manager where she worked with the rest of the management team on the day-to-day running of the hotel. However, Jolene missed reception and eventually returned back as Deputy Head Receptionist. In 2017, Jolene welcomed her beautiful baby boy, Alfie, and has since worked part-time in our Reception team.
We are so proud to still have Jolene as part of our team, and we couldn't be more grateful for her continued hard work, loyalty, and knowledge she brings to the team.
